CHEF LEO HAS OVER TWO DECADES OF INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE WORKING IN KITCHENS ACROSS NEW YORK.
HE SPECIALIZES IN FLAME-FLAVORED DISHES INSPIRED BY THE CULINARY NUANCE OF SPAIN AND THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, ALLOWING THE FIRE TO ENHANCE THE NATURAL COMPLEXITIES OF EACH INGREDIENT.
